Shipping rates

At Starboard we aim to get your order shipped within 2 business days after it is placed. A courier will usually deliver your items within 5-8 business days after the order is picked up from our warehouse. A shipping fee may be added to your order at checkout.  

Updating the delivery address

We try to get your order to your doorstep as fast as possible. We aren’t able to change the shipping address after you’ve received the email with an order tracker. You can get in contact with the courier service directly for any changes.

Checking the status of your order

Receiving a damaged package

We take great care in designing the best packaging materials that are friendly for the planet and protect your items against damages in transport. If your package arrives severely damaged you can take a picture of the box, reject the parcel from the courier (if possible) and get in contact with our customer service. https://us.star-board.com/pages/contact.
